Staff went above and beyond to meet my accommodations! I had to move to several rooms because internet wasn't working and staff carried all my luggage as well as making sure I had internet. They were beyond helpful. Front desk people were kind and helpful, too!

There was black mold growing behind the curtain. I left a day early because of it. I would appreciate a refund of the one night. I advised the front desk that I wouldn’t be staying the last day of my booking. I was told I would need to contact you because it was booked through you. The location was very good, a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around, located in very quite and beautiful area. The staff was super friendly and helpful (especially the lady at front desk). Room was clean, but at first we had to change the room as there was some smell from the carpet. The room we've switched to was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable.

1st night out of our 4 night stay was horrible. The family room given was on 3rd floor , with loose window latches and the room was next to the highway. There was traffic noise all night long. We had to pack our bags next morning to switch to another room, which ultimately was way better. But the movement was the hassle and took lot of our leisure time on 2nd day morning

The staff was amazing. Great customer service especially at the restruants. Evening host/waitress and the morning waitress/host were exceptional. Very tentative and respectful.

We weren't bothered too much when we didn't need linen changes. Actually, that first morning we needed a linen change. The final five nights we didn't need much assistance.
